Service Description

This is deeper work that brings together mind, body, emotion, and energy. Because it can be intense, I use it only when I believe you are ready and it feels appropriate for you. Using gentle tapping, focused questions, and close attention to what is happening in your body and energetic system, memories, emotions, associations, or sudden insights may surface quickly. I begin gently, watch your response closely, and adjust the work as we go. Strong emotion can emerge, so the pace is guided by you and by what you are able to tolerate and use. Your comfort and safety remain important throughout. The goal is not simply emotional release. It is to help your whole system work with what has emerged, release what is ready to be released, and integrate what has changed. I often end with Reiki or gentle hypnotherapy to help the process settle and integrate. People often tell me they leave feeling lighter, freer, and more energized.
