Addiction Assessment is a structured, confidential evaluation to help you understand the nature and severity of substance use or compulsive behaviors and how they may be impacting your health, relationships, and daily life. We’ll review your history, patterns of use, triggers, and co-occurring concerns (such as trauma, anxiety, or depression), then identify the level of support that best fits your needs. You will leave with clear recommendations and a practical next-step plan for recovery. Recommendations and/or referrals can be provided as needed.
