Service Description

A personalized hypnotherapy audio created for you to use at home to support emotional and behavioral change. It is a powerful adjunct to individual therapy and can be integrated into your sessions to reinforce progress between appointments. While it is not intended to replace therapy, it may be used as a stand-alone method of change when therapy is not indicated. Recordings may be added to an individual therapy session, or requested without a session with prior approval from Dr. Magee.
